Refund policy

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To complete your exchange please reach out to with your order number.
