Shipping policy

At Akwan, we strive to deliver our products as quickly and efficiently as possible to your little ones! Currently, we offer shipping within Saudi Arabia, and internationally to: GCC, Jordan, Egypt, US, UK, France, Spain, and Germany.

Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed within one business day of receipt.
  2. Shipments are dispatched daily by 2:00 PM.
  3. Friday and Saturday are our weekly days off; orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  4. On official holidays, we are closed, and orders will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  1. Within Saudi Arabia: 1-2 business days.
  2. Outside Saudi Arabia: 4–5 business days, including customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Fees

  1. Within Saudi Arabia: SAR 19 for shipments up to 10 kg.
  2. Outside Saudi Arabia: Fees vary depending on the destination country and shipment weight, and do not include customs clearance fees.

Return & Exchange Policies

  • Returns: Within 1 day from the date of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges: Within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
  • Return & Exchange shipping fees will be covered by the client, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the products arrive damaged.

Tracking

  1. For orders: you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  2. For return & exchange: we will share a tracking number for your return/ exchange. Please share it with the delivery man upon pick up.
